負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)檢驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)書和有關(guān)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)檢驗(yàn)員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)

3.MonitorthequalityperformanceandcollectthequalitydatatofinishQualityreport;DigoutQualityimprovementopportunityandpushforimprovement

監(jiān)控質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)收集質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)完成質(zhì)量報(bào)告;挖掘質(zhì)量改善機(jī)會(huì)并促成改善。

4.Beresponsibleforgaugemanagement.

負(fù)責(zé)檢具的管理。

5.HandleNOKissueandrolesasownerwithCFTtoclosecorrection;

負(fù)責(zé)處理內(nèi)部質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，并整合相關(guān)職能部門完成閉環(huán)改善。

6.Dealwiththecustomerqualityissueandfeedbackthe8Dreporttocustomer;

負(fù)責(zé)處理客戶質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，并將8D報(bào)告反饋給客戶;

7.Implementtheinternalsystemaudit,processauditandproductaudit;

實(shí)施內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)審核、流程審核和產(chǎn)品審核。

8.FinishothertaskfromManager;

完成管理者布置的其他任務(wù)

Knowledge,Skills&Abilities

1.FulltimejuniorcollegeoraboveinmechanicalengineeringorAutomotivemanufacturingrelatedmajor.

全日制機(jī)械工程或汽車制造相關(guān)專業(yè)，大專以上學(xué)歷。

2.Knowledgeofheatpressformingprocesses,alsoweldingprocess;

熟悉熱沖壓成型和焊接工藝

3.KnowledgeofGD&Tandunderstandthedrawingwell.

熟悉形位公差，可正確識(shí)圖。

4.Minimumof3yearsexperienceinAutomobileindustryforQualityControl;

三年以上汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量控制經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

5.KnowledgeinIATF16949/APQP/FMEA/MSA/PPAP/SPC，andhasgoodpracticeforFMEA/CP&MSA.

熟悉IATF16949,了解五大工具。有實(shí)操FMEA/CP和MSA經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

6.Knowledgeof8Dandhasgoodpractice;

熟悉8D工具并有運(yùn)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
