杭州市濱江區(qū)浙醫(yī)二院經(jīng)血管植入器械研究院（以下簡(jiǎn)稱為“研究院”），配套我國(guó)首個(gè)經(jīng)血管植入器械全國(guó)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，是由浙江大學(xué)、浙江大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第二醫(yī)院、杭州市濱江區(qū)政府三方支持建設(shè)的民非機(jī)構(gòu)。研究院由王建安院士領(lǐng)銜，團(tuán)隊(duì)聚焦經(jīng)血管植入器械的重大需求，結(jié)合高端植介入醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，建立由臨床問題驅(qū)動(dòng)，醫(yī)學(xué)、工程和信息多學(xué)科聯(lián)動(dòng)的創(chuàng)新模式，突破新一代經(jīng)血管植介入器械的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，打造世界一流的經(jīng)血管植入器械研發(fā)、診療中心和人才高地。

The Transvascular Implant Instrument Research Institute(TIIRI), located in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, is a private non-enterprise entitysupported by Zhejiang University, the Second Affiliated HospitalZhejiang University School of Medicine(SAHZU), and the Binjiang District Government of Hangzhou. It is aligned with China’s first State Key Laboratory of Transvascular Implantation Devices.Led by AcademicianJianan Wang, TIIRIfocuses on addressing critical needs in the field of transvascular implantationdevices. By integrating clinical challenges with trends in advanced transvascular implantationdevices, the institute has established an innovation model driven by clinical problems and supported by interdisciplinary collaboration across medicine, engineering, and informatics. TIIRIaims to break through key technologies for the next generation of transvascular implantationdevices and to establish itself as a world-class center for research, diagnosis, and talent development in this field.

TIIRI’s main research areas include biomechanics and near-physiological testing equipment, clinical big data and artificial intelligence, biomaterials and implantationdevices, multimodal imaging data and data mining, in vivo failure mechanisms of devices, life-cycle performance optimization design for devices, long-lifespan implantationdevices, and clinical translation and application of devices.

二、招聘崗位

1. 主任研究員崗位

申報(bào)條件:在海外知名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任相當(dāng)于副教授及以上職務(wù)，或者在國(guó)際知名企業(yè)擔(dān)任高級(jí)職務(wù)的專業(yè)技術(shù)人才。引進(jìn)后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，并全職回國(guó)(來華)工作不少于3年。

II.Recruitment Positions

1. Principal Scientist

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates should hold a position equivalent to Associate Professor or above at a prestigious overseas university or research institution, or a senior professional or technical role at a globally renowned enterprise.

Upon recruitment, candidates must resign from their overseas positions or have no employment overseas and commit to working full-time in China for no less than three years.

2.研究員

申報(bào)條件:年齡不超過40周歲。一般應(yīng)在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上工作經(jīng)歷;在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績(jī)特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求;尚未全職回國(guó)(來華)來華工作或回國(guó)(來華)工作時(shí)間在1年以內(nèi);獲聘后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，全職回國(guó)(來華)工作不少于3年。

取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且有成為該領(lǐng)城學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?/p>

2.Senior Scientist

Candidates must be under the age of 40 and should hold a formal teaching or research position at an overseas university, research institution, or corporate RD center, with at least 36 months of continuous work experience. Exceptions may be made for those who have obtained a Ph.D. from an overseas institution and have demonstrated exceptional achievements, with relaxed requirements on work experience. Candidates should not have yet returned to work full-time in China or should have returned within the past year. Upon recruitment, candidates must resign from any overseas positions or have no overseas employment and commit to working full-time in China for no less than three years. Candidates must have achieved research or technical outcomes recognized by peers in their field and demonstrate strong potential to become academic leaders or outstanding talents in their respective areas.
